Objectives of the psychotropic drug screening workshop
- Ensuring the safety of employees in high-risk positions
- Reveal the existence of recent consumption of psychoactive substances
Screening procedure
- Explanation of the procedure to the employees and managers concerned
- Proposal for the test to be carried out
- The employee accepts, the authorized manager carries out the test having checked the screening equipment in advance
- Depending on the results :
- If the result is negative, the employee returns to his position unless his behavior does not allow it. In this case, support must be put in place.
- If the result is positive, support is put in place for the employee. The employee is entitled to a medical counter-expertise
