What is the activity of the group and its commitments HRQoL?

Clear Channel France, which has become Cityz since January 2024, is an outdoor communications media that develops infrastructure intended for the general public (travel shelters). And offers brands the opportunity to communicate with citizens and consumers. Cityz is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and ensures that each employee can thrive in a caring environment.

What were the context and the challenges linked to this preventive action?

The job of advertising poster corresponds to the installation of advertising posters on one or more panels which are generally located on public roads and sometimes in the middle of traffic. “Posters” are faced with road risk every day. It was important to be aware of the risks involved when working on or near the road. The objective was to provide a reminder of preventive measures to intervene safely and eliminate the risk of accident.

Webinar #2: Learn about and understand road risk displays

“Displayers” are exposed to professional road risk on a daily basis. This content uses concrete data and field scenarios allowing them to identify risky situations themselves.

To better prevent road risks, it is essential to become aware of risky behaviors, to identify the main causes of road accidents (such as excessive speed, distracted driving, driving under the influence of substances, etc. ) as well as their consequences for oneself and other road users.

What were the profits of this awareness-raising action?

This awareness campaign enabled everyone not to underestimate the risks linked to their profession. By being better informed about the dangers and being better prepared to face them, employees and managers are able to have more responsible driving, thus protecting their lives and that of all road users.
