MEDISUR is a company located near Aix-en-Provence which offers health, well-being and safety training programs to companies.
As part of the development of our offer to companies, we are looking for a work-study Business Developer to strengthen the unit dedicated to the Security offer.
Reporting directly to the head of the Security unit, your mission will be to prospect companies and obtain as many meetings as possible.
Your role of Business Developer
- Prospect BtoB targets by telephone
- Identify BtoB business opportunities
- Process and qualify incoming leads
- Know perfectly and know how to present our service and product offerings
- Develop commercial proposals
- Negotiate
- Regularly follow up with prospects and customers
- Manage the entire sales cycle using our CRM tool (Sellsy)
- Ultimately, make meetings with B2B prospects, customers or partners. You interact with various contacts (companies, key accounts, purchasing directors, etc.)
- Participate in events (trade shows, webinars, etc.) as a true Medisur ambassador

Qualifications required
- Post-baccalaureate training
- You are used to using office tools (Google Drive/Docs, Excel, Word, Canva, etc.) and collaborative tools (CRM, shared planning, webinar tool)
- Driving license B required
