Objective of the diabetes and me health box
- Allow employees to prevent type 2 diabetes with the Medisur Diabetes Health Box, by testing their blood cholesterol level and discovering, through an interactive e-guide, the appropriate hygiene and dietary measures to adopt.
Contents of the box
- Interactive e-guide for type 2 diabetes prevention: A 30-minute e-guide to raise awareness among employees about the importance of prevention, teach them to recognize the signs of diabetes and adopt appropriate lifestyle and dietary behaviors.
- Blood cholesterol test: A self-blood test to allow each employee to measure their cholesterol level and assess their risk simply and confidentially.
- Adapted hygiene and dietary measures: Personalized recommendations to improve diet, physical activity and other lifestyle habits essential to the prevention of type 2 diabetes.
