Kindness training in mental health
Train employees to become mental health preventers in the company. QUALIOPI certified
Training Mental health benevolent
Mental health in the workplace has become a major concern, impacting employee well-being and overall business performance. With the alarming observation that one in two French employees say they are in psychological distress*, training employees as mediators is more crucial than ever.
Our Benevolent training in mental health allows employees to become mental health liaisons at work. They will thus be able to identify and actively listen to their teammates who are experiencing discomfort and will know how and to whom to direct them.
Operational objectives of the Mental Health Benevolent training
- Understanding mental health: definitions and national statistics
- Removing taboos around mental health
- Understanding risk factors
- Spotting discomfort
- Learn to listen actively (full day program)
- Knowing how to react, take charge and support appropriate structures
Training content
The Benevolent training in mental health is aimed at employees and helps to understand the importance of prevention in the context of mental health:
- Presentation (attendance sheet, round table)
- Definitions and key figures
- Risk factors and consequences of poor mental health
