- Identify risk factors and consequences: Explore the causes of unhappiness at work (stress, overload, conflicts, lack of recognition) and their effects on motivation,
- Analyzing syndromes related to suffering: Focus on burn-out, bore-out, brown-out and blur-out, understanding their specificities.
- Clarify responsibilities and limits: Framing the role of the manager in mental health matters, by differentiating their support mission from that of health professionals.
- Explore the levels and principles of prevention: Distinguish between primary prevention (acting on the causes), secondary (detecting early) and tertiary (limiting the impacts of a disorder already present).
- Help resources: Discover the systems available to support employees.
- Test your knowledge and deconstruct preconceived ideas : Interactive quiz to identify stereotypes.
- Assessment and validation of acquired skills: Verification of acquired skills to ensure that training objectives are achieved.
