- Introduction and welcome: attendance sheet, round table and presentation of objectives
- Interactive quiz: assessment of initial knowledge and discussion of responsess
- Definition of psychoactive substances: explanation of their effects on the brain and behavior
- Understanding how and why a person becomes dependent on a substance and the mechanisms that come into play
- Understanding addiction: Differentiate between psychological and physical dependence, as well as the stages of addiction.
- Regulations and consequences: Study the legal framework (Labor Code, company internal regulations, DUERP) and the legal and professional consequences for employees and the company.
- Distinguish between legal substances (alcohol, medications) and illegal substances (drugs) and know their specific effects on health and safety at work.
- Presentation of internal resources (occupational medicine, support services) and external resources (specialized structures) to prevent and manage addictions.
- Saliva tests: Explanation of their usefulness, presentation of the methods and practical implementation via a mapping of risks and possible test situations.
Anonymous and voluntary mapping
As part of employee awareness, we offer the possibility of establishing, at the end of the session, an anonymous and voluntary mapping of consumption (alcohol and drugs).
Mapping is the starting point for a prevention action plan. It makes it possible to obtain indicators for monitoring the evolution of the consumption of psychoactive substances.
