Night work and sleep module
Understand sleep disorders, accidents in staggered hours or night work
Module Night work and sleep
the night work, staggered or "atypical" hours, shift work, can have serious consequences on the health and well-being of individuals, in particular by the disruption of the circadian rhythm (biological clock punctuating the day-night cycle).
According to a study conducted by the Directorate for the coordination of research, studies and statistics (Dares), 44 % of French employees (i.e. 10.4 million people) or 4 employees out of 10, declare that they are subject to atypical working hours at least once a month.
Your organization wishes to contribute to the well-being of the teams and prevent the risk of accidents at work by offering them information and adopting the right preventive measures.
Our program Night work and sleep helps to solve the problems related to night work (drowsiness, poor lifestyle, concentration disorders, reduced alertness) and know the measures to properly manage your work pace.
